Each year the PTO holds two fundraisers to cover school expenses. Much like last year, we have decided to hold both of our fundraisers in the first 3 months of school. The money we make from these fundraisers will directly impact your students during this school year.
The two fundraisers are:
Love for Tough (September 9 - 20) This is our main fundraiser. It replaces selling a product door to door or asking relatives for pledges. With an outside company more than 40% of our money can go to a middleman, so we have chosen to eliminate that. You can send in a check or pay online by credit card, and 100% of the money comes back to our school.

Fall Festival (October 25)
This fun-filled evening for Coulson Tough families is run by PTO volunteers (and we need lots of volunteers for this event!) In addition to carnival games, activities and food, there are raffle baskets and silent auction items.
Where does the PTO Money Go?
The PTO funds various activities and items for students and staff at Coulson Tough. Our budget was approved last May and and covers the following expenses:
Coulson Tough PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; all contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. Many companies will match an employee's donation, check with your company to see if a matching gift program is available.
